Dear Member,

You are invited to our forthcoming Annual General Meeting, on Sunday 5th September 2021, with registrations starting from 1.45pm and AGM to start promptly at 2pm at MKA Dashwood Centre, Dashwood Road, Leicester LE2 1PH. We do hope that you will be able to join us as we reflect over our activities of the last year and share the success of the Khatri Community.

We are sure it will be a very informative and enjoyable afternoon. Following the AGM, we will be serving a sit down meal.

The AGM is also the occasion at which a new Committee is elected, and now is a good time for you to consider whether you may have a role to play in the essential, interesting and rewarding work that our Association carries out. Should you be interested we shall be taking nominations on the day of AGM. 

If you would like the AGM to consider a resolution, please let me know in writing two weeks before the meeting and I will ensure that it is included on the agenda.
