Dress Making |

This course is for anyone who wants
to learn how to make their own clothes. The programme is designed
to teach techniques in pattern cutting, designing and stitching
the garments together. In the course you will be taught how to use
a domestic sewing machine, how to use a pattern, how to cut fabric
and how to make your chosen garment. |

Computing for Beginners |

Our Beginners Courses are designed
to help you learn the basics of word processing, which is the first
stepping-stone in learning how to use a computer. You will learn
to type and edit letters, save them, insert pictures, print them
and more.
Covers hardware, software and computer terminology. An ideal start
for beginners in a small group situation with one computer per student.
We have state of the art ICT centre with latest audio/visual equipment.
These courses will cater for the needs of both absolute beginners
and for those who would like to enhance their existing knowledge
in I.T

Internet Technologies |

If you feel overwhelmed by the
Internet this is a great class to get you started! You will learn
Internet jargon that seems so confusing. You will have access to
a very useful Internet directory to get you started. You will be
able to download files, chat, know when you are on a secure server
or not, use your browser, favorites, search engines and type in
Internet addresses.
No previous Internet experience is needed but basic knowledge of
computers such as point and click and general windows navigation
is helpful. The major objective is learning what you need to get
around the Internet smartly and safely. This course is designed
to teach, how to use Internet, email, surfing, searching on the
net, basics of web page design etc. |

Curtain making programme
is designed to teach techniques in cutting, designing and stitching
upholstery. Learn how to measure all shapes of windows, proportional
design advice and how to estimate fabric and trim quantities. Working
with pattern repeats and placements. Discussion with specifying
curtain hardware including for awkward window shapes. Installation,
fitting and hanging tips. |

Mehndi/Henna |

Mehndi is the art
of applying Henna on the body. It is a beautiful form of temporary
body decoration. Mehndi is a traditional form of hands and body
decoration. It is generally used for special occasions, particularly
weddings.
In this course you will be taught how draw patterns, how to apply
Mehndi and all other related skills.

to design a fitness routine that suits you. Whether you want an
energetic work out or a gentle armchair routine, we can help. These
sessions are designed to burn fat, lose weight, increase energy,
improve muscle tone, enjoy and feel good and advice on healthy eating.

in this area English is not their first or spoken language, which
pushes them further into isolation from mainstream communities.
This course is for absolute beginners and helps to speak and understand

Ever wanted to creative
using a variety of materials from flowers and plants to feathers
and pebbles? If you have then this is the course for you. Come along
and learn how to mix and match your colours to bring the best out
of your creation.
This programme is particularly interested female to learn how to
design flowers and to decorate flowers in different designs and
shapes by using different colours and types of flowers.

Skills
and knowledge will be developed in cake design and art, cake
decorating and wired sugar flowers, using a number of mediums
at basic and intermediate levels. Protective clothing and
some equipment will be required which will be highlighted
at the start of the programme. Learning takes place in a friendly
and relaxed environment, and lecturing staff is there to help
you get the most from your course. |
